From 1 Feb 2023, importing CBD or any products containing CBD into Hong Kong will be a serious criminal offence, all products with CBD will be forfeited by Customs and further legal action may be taken immediately.

Please make sure no CBD will be in any forms in the products (such as cosmetic / food / drinks..etc) with the shipper / consignee before accepting the shipment instruction.
